What is the difference between S and D plans?
S plans are Regular Performance servers with shared vCPU resources. D plans are General Purpose servers with dedicated vCPU resources for sustained processing. Both are virtual cloud servers. Compare the actual vCPU count, RAM and storage shown in the table for each plan.
Is an IPv4 address included, and is there a setup fee?
The server table shows the included public IPv4 allocation and any setup fee. Each plan includes its stated NVMe system disk. Optional additional block storage is priced during checkout.
Does additional storage enlarge the system disk?
Additional block storage is a separate attached volume. The included NVMe system disk stays distinct from that extra volume. Choose None to keep the base monthly server price, or select one of the listed storage bundles.
Can I reduce an additional storage volume later?
Volumes cannot shrink in place. A reduction requires migration to a smaller volume. Discuss the required data move with SDH before requesting a reduction.
How do outgoing transfer notifications work?
Each plan includes a monthly outgoing transfer allowance. SDH's service policy is to notify you when usage reaches 80% of that allowance. Choose a plan around the outgoing traffic your workload needs.
Is provisioning automatic?
SDH provisions these servers manually. Choose your server and configuration options in the client area. SDH arranges the selected configuration and access details during fulfillment.
Does the monthly price include management or paid software?
The listed prices cover the stated server resources and public IPv4 allocation. Management, monitoring, security services and licensed software are outside those prices and require an agreed scope and price before any additional service is arranged.
