Comprehensive Linux Server Management by Certified Experts

Certified administration

SDH brings certified Linux administration to the systems behind your websites and applications. Our team holds Linux Foundation and Red Hat certifications, with technical work covering server setup, security hardening, troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Your server environment

From cloud servers and VPS instances to dedicated servers and enterprise infrastructure, Linux administration connects the operating system with the services running on it. We work with control panel environments such as cPanel/WHM and Plesk, as well as servers managed directly without a control panel.

Care beyond setup

Installation, day to day administration, security checks and ongoing optimization help keep that environment maintained. Discuss proactive monitoring when you need checks and alerts alongside administration.

Ask About Your Setup
Can you review Linux servers hosted with another provider?

Yes. Start by describing your existing environment and the work you want SDH to handle. Compatibility, access and service availability are reviewed before SDH accepts the work. Your proposal identifies the systems and responsibilities covered.

Does one agreement cover every server I own?

Only the environments named in your proposal are covered. Include the number of servers, their roles and any connected services in your inquiry so the scope can be defined accurately.

Is ongoing monitoring included automatically?

Your selected package and accepted scope identify the monitoring checks, schedule, escalation contacts and any investigation or corrective work. A monitoring purchase does not authorize automatic repairs. SDH obtains your permission before making changes. A monthly administration package includes monitoring only where its accepted task list states it.

How do we share access safely?

SDH obtains your permission before making any changes. Share administrative access only through the agreed secure process, and identify the person who can approve work. Keep credentials out of the initial inquiry. Revoke access or rotate passwords and keys when the work ends or access is no longer needed.

Can the work change as our environment grows?

Discuss additional systems, tasks or service hours before they are added. Changes to the covered environments, time allowance, reporting and charges should be approved in the service scope.

What are the price, payment and cancellation terms?

The package cards show the USD price, billing arrangement and covered scope. Order Now opens checkout for the selected package. There is no additional onboarding fee; any setup fee explicitly listed still applies. SDH assesses compatibility and confirms the covered environment and service arrangements before work starts. Credentials are collected through secure onboarding after purchase. Extra time or coverage requires approval and separate invoicing. SDH assesses your environment before starting work. If the environment is unsupported, SDH refunds the payment. SDH Server Management also includes a 30 day, no questions asked refund policy. When management ends, SDH provides a handover of the completed work and relevant information.

What happens if there is an urgent incident?

SDH support is available 24/7, with an initial response within 1 hour. Emergencies receive immediate attention. Resolution time depends on the issue's complexity. SDH handles customer communication and escalation.

Does a security review certify compliance?

A scoped review can identify findings, agreed remediation work and technical evidence. Certification, audit outcomes and external assessor decisions are separate. Define the standards, systems and responsibilities that matter to your organization when requesting a proposal.

How are work and completion reported?

SDH provides reports covering issues, updates and completed tasks. You review the work and confirm completion. SDH handles customer communication, prepares and approves quotations, coordinates escalation, and provides a handover when management ends. You approve changes to your environment before SDH proceeds.

How is management coverage defined?

Your selected package and accepted proposal define the covered systems, tasks, staffing, hours and escalation responsibilities. Additional time or wider coverage requires your approval and is invoiced separately; a checkout approval or spending limit does not increase the purchased scope.
