Ask About Your Setup
Does the server assessment certify PCI DSS compliance?

The displayed package is a technical assessment of one server. Validation requirements and any formal attestation remain with the applicable assessor, payment provider or acquiring bank. A server assessment does not establish compliance for an entire payment environment.

What should I include in the inquiry?

Describe how payments are handled, the systems involved, your current assessment stage and any findings already issued. Do not send payment card data or credentials in the initial request.

How do I start a request?

The package cards show the USD price, billing arrangement and covered scope. Order Now opens checkout for the selected package. There is no additional onboarding fee; any setup fee explicitly listed still applies. SDH assesses compatibility and confirms the covered environment and service arrangements before work starts. Credentials are collected through secure onboarding after purchase. Extra time or coverage requires approval and separate invoicing. Keep passwords and private keys out of the initial message.

What is included in the displayed price?

The USD amount covers the displayed service arrangement for the agreed environment. Hosting, backup storage, commercial licences and additional work are separate unless the accepted proposal includes them. SDH confirms the final scope and billing before work starts.
