Disk I/O and IOPS: Disk I/O limits data throughput in KB/s; IOPS limits disk operations per second. These are not visitor or database query allowances.
Processes: Entry processes and total processes are execution limits, not visitor allowances. Entry processes count concurrent entries into the account’s execution environment; total processes counts processes within the account.
Inodes: Inodes count filesystem objects such as files and directories. The hard ceiling does not replace the normal soft limit.

Which plan should I choose?

Compare the plan cards for the storage, addon domains, email accounts and databases you need. Addon domains are additional to your primary domain. Ask SDH if you need help matching a plan to your workload. Compare Shared Hosting plans.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. You can keep your domain with its current registrar and point its DNS to your hosting, or request an eligible transfer. A domain transfer is separate from moving your website and email. Read the domain terms.

How does the included .com offer work?

New clients choosing hosting for 12, 24 or 36 months can receive an included initial .com registration or eligible transfer. Hosting for 1, 3 or 6 months does not include a free domain. The included benefit covers the initial registration or eligible transfer. Contact SDH to request free domain renewal when renewing a qualifying hosting plan for 12, 24 or 36 months. Transfer eligibility and any registration extension are subject to applicable domain rules. Read the domain terms.

Can I move an existing website?

Request a website migration review. SDH checks files, databases, email, DNS and access, then agrees the migration scope, schedule and any charges. Keep an independent backup until the move is verified. Plan your migration to SDH.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Paid upgrades can take effect after payment of the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, provided your account usage fits the new plan. Read the hosting policy.

Is SSH available?

SSH access is available upon request through a Contact Us ticket, after account ownership is verified and you provide your public SSH key. Open a Contact Us ticket.

What does the refund offer cover?

A refund window of 30 days from activation applies to eligible purchases by customers buying Shared Hosting for the first time. Eligible renewals for multiple months are also covered under the refund policy; monthly renewals are excluded. Disclosed costs for domain services already completed may be deducted, and a previous voluntary Shared Hosting refund can affect eligibility for a later purchase. Read the full refund policy.
